The process

How a piece is made

Each piece is designed for your celebration, made as a sample for your approval, and finished by hand by our family. Here is every step, and what it costs.

1. 01 · Concept

   We design it, and you see it in 3D

   We meet, online or over coffee, and listen. Your concept arrives instantly within our conversation, in 3D on your own private page. The concept is free.

2. 02 · Sample

   One piece, made for you to hold

   When you approve the concept, we make one sample for you to hold. It costs about AED 1,000 for a printed box, and takes about a week to produce once the sample fee is paid.

3. 03 · Sign-off

   You check every detail

   You approve the sample in writing: design, materials, wording, names, dates and quantities. We produce exactly what you sign off.

4. 04 · Payment

   In full, or a deposit

   You can pay the order in full, or pay a 70% deposit and the balance 7 days before delivery. Production starts once payment has cleared.

5. 05 · Made and delivered

   Assembled and checked by hand

   Our family assembles and checks every piece, and we deliver on the agreed date. For a calm timeline, book about 12 weeks before your event in the UAE, or 16 weeks for Kurdistan.
